At the start of October, I purchased a fridge and washer for my mother online. I paid extra for 2 day delivery but after complaining it arrived a few days later. The washer never worked so I emailed them for a replacement. They sent some one to look at it and then declared that they were going to repair it and not replace it. Weeks went by with no one coming back. More complains (with no responses) someone shows up and looks at it just to tell my mother she needs to write a letter for the manufacturer etc- it was deliver broken, so can't see why this falls to customer. I then order a PSP from then with a 2 day delivery option at about R70. The day after it was meant to be delivered, after my nephews 11th birthday I get an email saying they no longer accept my international card that I have been using all this time with them. Apparently they never did, so perhaps the fairies took my money for the other orders and delivered. The money was however taken from my account instantly when I placed the order. Emailed back asking for a number to call, no response. Complained to customer service, no response. Bought the PSP from btgames and still waiting for my money from HiFiCorp
