Last week I placed an online order which went through for a monday morning delivery, but to date, wednesday, the order still has not been delivered.
An email was sent on the morning the delivery was supposed to take place asking for banking information. I replied to the email asking that they try keep to the same delivery slot - I received no response.
The following day I emailed asking when the delivery would be made - no response.
Today, I got an email asking for the information AGAIN, and saying if I do not respond my order will be canceled. - I replied - still no response.
This is pathetic. I am extremely disappointed. The experience has been very frustrating, and the delays totally unnecessary!

The money has been reserved off my credit card, (o FNB :-) R923.31 reserved for purchase @ [URL Removed] from cheq a/c..###### using card..####. ) so I don't even know why they are still asking for the details.
Needless to say Pick n Pay provide the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced thus far.
