I bought a Spirit Headset, with Blue tooth connectivity from this company about 2 months ago, and only used it about 3 times. My helmet was stored in a safe, dry place at all times, but when I went to use it again about two weeks ago, I noticed a clear liquid coming from a "Crack" in the headset. I couldn't figure out how this could have happened. I then took the headset back to them and asked them to look at it. All they kept saying was that I must have dropped it. The sales guy even tried to put super glue on the crack to fix it. I explained to them that my helmet is rarely used, and always stored in a safe place, so negligent damage was not the cause of it. Subsequently I used the headset again this past weekend, at which time the power socket completely gave way when i pushed in the ear piece wiring. This was pretty much where the "Crack" was, so I figured its got to be related. Considering my previous encounter with the sales/management of this company I thought Id have a look myself at the cause. When I opened up the device, the battery had expanded to such an extent, that it clearly caused the "Crack", but they still refuse to exchange the unit. PATHETIC!!!
