Terminal operator yelling at me in the Que

I would like to lay a complaint @ Pick n Pay Nelspruit Riverside mall, they are open between 6 and 7 normal mall hours 9 to 6 so I went there to buy two things but I had a few parcels so I took a trolley after getting my two things, I went to the 10 or less side there was like 6 customers and I was @ the back, so a p.o.s operator lady yells at me in front of all the other customers that I need to get a basket, how disgustingly bad I felt, I was so upset, I said to her I have two things in my trolley, so just then and there with everybody staring at me I told her should I go to checkers, UNFORTUNATELY CHECKERS DOESN'T SELL FLEECE BOOTS OTHERWISE I WAS LONG GONE!!! I went to the other tills where people are in the que's with trollys and baskets with less than 10 things in there baskets so why not chase them away like dogs like I was, so I'm thinking was it really worth it for this woman to scream at me and make me feel like a fool in front of people I don't even know, DID SHE THINK THAT I WAS LYING ABOUT MY TWO THINGS? DID SHE WANT TO CASH UP AND LEAVE? really that's the service I got all my way to pick n pay for that!! I CAN UNDERSTAND THE BASKET BUT YELLING @ ME??? NEVER AGAIN
