LEAKING PAMPERS (DIAPERS)

Good Day

I am writing with reference to an email I posted on the PAMPERS SA FB page.

I am a religious Pampers user (have my 2nd child now), but am considering moving to another brand as the pack of diapers (No 2, New baby) that i am currently using, seems to be leaking.

I change my baby (1 month) regularly, at least every 3 or maximum 4 hours, but have found that baby's vest was left damp on a few occassions. What is worse is that at least twice, the bed has been soaked. This is unacceptable, taking into account that my baby is only a month. Pampers is meant to be a reputable brand, hence it is quite pricey - taking this into account, I expect a good quality product.

I used Pampers exclusively with my daughter and did not have this problem.

I would appreciate that the company please have a look at my email sent early on Saturday morning, as well as take the above into account.

I have a one month old baby and really don't have time to wash bedding daily. I am NOT a happy customer.
