Bad Customer relations and pricing issue

I am a loyal Zara customer and i have purchased 2 dresses 3 pairs of shoes and a clutch bag from Zara Sandton in the last 2 months. I was appalled with the way i was treated in the store after i saw that they were having a sale. i went into the store on Sunday the 19th January 2014 at about 1200hrs and my husband encouraged me to try on a dress that was marked down to R259 from R399.99. After trying it on and realizing i wanted it i queued up so i could pay for my dress which i believed to be on sale because of the orange price tag that read R259. When i got to the till the lady told me that the dress was not on sale and proceeded to call Koki (who i assume is a manager of some sort). Koki came back and informed me that the dress was not R259 but was R399. My husband told her that, that i picked that dress which was the last one on the rail of its kind because it was on sale because the people in the store had put that sale sticker with that price. Koki went on to tell us that it was not her problem and that human error had taken place and we should pay full price. I was very disappointed in the way the matter was handled by her and left the store very disgruntled!
