I still havent recieved any FEEDBACK!!! I purchased a dress to the value of R699 at the Cavendish Branch July 2013 (I still have the receipt.) I bought it for a special occasion the following month Eid (9th of August), only to realise that the dress had a hole in it. This was the first time I wore it and did not notice the hole before. I took the dress back a week after Eid (19th August) and they said they will send the dress away or refund me. They would provide me with feedback before Friday of that week which they never did. The following Tuesday I received a SMS stating that they will let me know as soon as my dress has arrived from the head office which they never did. I decided to go into the store yesterday being the 5th of September only to find out that the dress was already at the store and badly stiched. My niece of 10 could have done a better job. The manager stating 'they cannot do anything about it.' I might as well have sown the dress myself. I purchased clothes from them before and can not believe the bad service i received. I find this as unacceptable and want a refund or new dress. I am taking this further!!!
