My son bought a jacket for R1100 at V&A store. He swears he did not receive a receipt. They refuse to take it back without a receipt but the jacket is too small.
No one gets back to me, left millions of messages with various managers - Jermaine, Jessie, Carmen, Carla and Nola who is totally useless and unhelpful.
They wont let me view the CCTV camera to prove my son got a receipt.
I think they are covering up for the staff's mistake in not giving a receipt.
I urge everyone to boycott Zara and not purchase from them.
