Quick to take your money but VERY slow to delive

I ordered an item from them on Friday 29th and was told, both per mail and telephonically, that delivery was scheduled for Thursday 5th December. Today is Monday 9th December and still no sign of the item! I have called on a daily basis and despite being told someone will call you back, they never do.
This was the first time I have used [URL Removed] and my advice is stick to [URL Removed] as there service is 100% better!
Better the devil you know!
