Lounge Suite broken and been ignored

I Mantwa bought a lounge suite from Bears furniture on 25/01/12 for R19000. In December last year the wood around it started breaking, I called the branch that I bought it from and was told they will come assess it, since Jan 2013 I've been calling and been to the branch and to no help. I went to the branch in Boksburg on the 16 Sep 2013 cause the one in Benoni is closed. The Manager told me that the Guarantee is 5years and they would take my matter with the supplier, 3weeks later they sent some peoples to take pictures of it. Since then nothing has happened, I've been the one calling them. Today on the 10/12/13 I received a call from Patricia from Bears saying I have to pay for the repairs, how can the expect me to pay.

I find it really fustrating to pay a lot of money like R19000 for something that broke within a year and to make matters worse to be not helped or assisted. I the customer being the one calling and making follow up not the store I bought from. Even the sales person who helped me Mpho and the Cashier Wendy knew about my problem.

The branch Manager for Benoni moved to Carnival Mall branch and she also knew about my issue but still decided to do nothing about it
