Paid double for same items

I am having a problem I purchased 12 items at kolonnade edgars store for 961.32. Busisiwe magubane was the cashier and she said to me because the was no print, I will have to pay in cash or leave the staff I to I went to atm to draw slip which I showed her and she said I have to pay cash and I did because I knew my balance and she said they will reverse my money . till today see the attached document I need my money to be paid into my account she was very rude to me and when I phone kolonnade they keep on putting me through they said I must come to the shop. Because of someone incompetent I must to kolonnade. Is she going to put petrol in my car, the atm slip that I produced to her, the bank statement that I paid for?
The problem I am residing in PTA East and I worked till 7 overtime Monday to Friday.
I just need my money to be reversed without any hustle. There are accounts that I need to pay. Hoping this will be resolved asap.
