Unempathetic drones

My 7 & 8 year old students purchased an Inwear top as a Christmas gift for me on Saturday which was unfortunately 5 sizes too big and being that age, they did not of course have the receipt. I went to Truworths Clearwater just to resize it, and firstly, I would just like to say that I am generally not one that lodges complaints due to bad service because I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, however, I feel compelled to report the immense amount if disinterest after telling the sales person and his supervisor my story, all they said was no receipt we can't do anything, no empathy, not even faking a vague desire to assist in the least bit. I said a brief thank you and told them they could have the top as they clearly needed it and left the item at the store.
