Disappointed

Hi there.

I'm frustrated... last week I placed an order for 3 items via MR Price Home's on line shopping... the goods arrived today and super excitedly I opened my box only to discover that the scripted plant vase I ordered had a massive crack down the side and chips off most of the sides which then created a huge mess in my car when I lifted the vase out of the bubble wrap! :( I tried to call the call centre to raise the issue but after 3 attempts to get through I gave up... I held on for a few minutes then the operating voice gave me the option of pressing 1 to leave my name and number so someone could call me back - I did this twice and received an engaged tone (ie was cut off?)... I'm very disappointed.
