Dear CNA,

I purchased a product (Skin free) from your Southgate branch on Friday afternoon, and after opening it and using it Friday night I discovered that it had expired. The expiry date was not displayed on the outside of the box, but on the bottles contained inside the box. I was quite annoyed that this meant another trip back to the store to return the expired product. I got to CNA just after 08h30 on Saturday morning, and I was helped by the most friendly and helpful lady, Penny Kuaas. Penny had called another lady (I assume the supervisor) to discuss the refund, but they had a little issue as the cash office lady was not in that day, and they did not have enough float in the till to provide me with the R500 refund. Penny asked if I was able to return to the store later that day, but I could not, all the while friendly and courteous.

She then did something that I will never forget, she went to fetch R500 from her own purse to give it to me.
I have never, ever, received such exceptional service from any store. Penny had clearly gone the extra mile and I am most grateful for her attitude and willingness to help. She is a real star :)
