I have to pay for Edgars to pester me with Spam

Earlier this year I had to request Edgars a few times to take me off their mailing list. Out of the blue I am AGAIN receiving unwanted SMS messages from Edgars and its affiliates, although I never asked for it. Even worse, I had to pay for all their messages since I was overseas and was paying for every SMS sent to me. What is wrong with Edgars that they cannot check the national opt out list, where I am listed that I do NOT want marketing material? Why are they acting so unethically? I want Edgars never to send me SMS marketing material and to compensate me for the messages that I received. I also want to know why they started sending me these messages although I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their list.
