I TRIED TO REDEEM MY 2 FREE STER KINEKOR TICKETS, THE ONE VOUCHER WENT THROUGH FINE, WHEN I TRIED TO GET MY SECOND ONE IT SAID IT WAS CLAIMED ALREADY...

So i had one ticket for the next day, obviously i did not go, as the other ticket was for my wife. We contacted the call centre, we were told they were going to call us back...

Up till now no call, and we already lost out on the 1 redeemed ticket as we did not go to the movies, because we wanted both...

WE AWAIT A CALL TO HAVE BOTH TICKETS ISSUED TO US, as promised!!!
