Not being credited with smart card points

On Thursday 10th October I spoke to Lorraine at Customer Care and told her I am not getting all my smart points. According to her records I have not made a purchase since 22nd September. This is totally incorrect as I purchase from Pick 'n Pay Fairland every 2nd day and their management and staff will confirm this. According to my rough calculations I estimate that I should have approximately R520 in credit but the smart card machine says I have only got R486 and that hasn't changed in ages. Lorraine promised to investigate it and phone me back the next day which she duly did but said that she had now escalated this complaint to the correct person (Regional Manager) and get back to me by the close of business on Friday 11th October. This never happened. I told Lorraine that I am a loyal Pick 'n Pay customer for nearly 40 years and as a result of this complaint I am going to do all my purchases from Checkers. I find this most distressing and most unbecoming of a reputable retailer that professes to be the most trusted retailer. I find this very disheartening and have decided to give Pick 'n Pay 24 hours to rectify my complaint or lose me foreve
