NO BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY CHILD

There's a catalogue that went out last week (Dionwired 2014 collection) where a Psvita bundle was on special for R2800. On Saturday (30/11/2013) my husband went to the Eastrand branch where he was told they don't have and never received stock of the item. When he returned home I personally phoned the store and spoke to the person responsible in the Gaming area, who then told me they don't have the product in store and will find out from the other branches and get back to me no later than Sunday morning, I never received that call till today and I'm still waiting! On Monday my husband went back to the store to check if they might have, to his dismay there was still nothing. He then spoke to the Head of Gaming and they phoned Bedford Centre to check if they have stock, they also did not have stock. That very same guy from Bedford said he was going to find out from the Buyer how come they didn't have stock and get back to us by Tuesday; we are still waiting. Can you imagine a child's disappointed face anticipating a birthday present which he will not get and yet was promised.
