I am having problems with a delivery of books i ordered from Kalahari on 01/02/2013. I contacted Kalahari because i did not come right with Supaswift who was supposed to deliver the books. I spoke to Peter September and he promised that he would look into the matter and call me back. He never called me, but sent me an e-mail stating that the delivery would take place on Wednesday 20 February 2013. This never happened. My wife contacted Kalahari via e-mail and a Mrs T Clewlow responded, saying that she has it black on white that delivery would take place on Monday 25 February. It is now Tuesday 26 February and i still don't have the books. Not Peter September or T Clewlow responds to any of my calls or e-mails, neither does any of the agents i spoke to at Supaswift. My wife needed the books for a course she wrote in for, but they took her off because she doesn't have the books and she is now too far behind the rest of the class. The books cost R365 and i have spent more than R250 on airtime phoning Kalahari and Supaswift. The course my wife wrote in for cost me 35usd, which we have also lost.
