Great service, no fuss

Thank you Customer Services and Toy Dept. Bought a toy for my son a few days ago only to find the remote not working. Forgot slip at home but the staff didnt even make a fuss. Tested the toy and swopped for a working one. Great service to make me smile on such a sad day. Madiba service :-)
