Amazing Service

I had placed an order with Zando a week prior and when I phoned them to ask when the delivery they assured me my package would be delivered on 11 December. When this day came and I heard nothing I placed multiple calls to the call centre and was greeted with an exceedingly unhelpful attitude from all the agents I came into contact with. Finally I got through to one agent in particular named Natalie who tried everything in her power to assist me and even went as far as to contact the couriers and establish exactly what was going on. She even followed up the next day and ensured that my order was delivered the next day. Where everyone else in the call centre was less than unhelpful, she didn't give me false promises or try to get rid of me. She is truly a diamond among worthless rocks.
