I bought a pair of Hunters boots two weeks ago through Zando, however when I opened the package I was shocked to see the state the boot was in (bearing in mind the Zando box was in a perfect condition). This leads me to believe the Zando agent was aware of the condition of the boot prior to shipping.
The Hunters box was badly damaged and in a terrible condition as though it was lying in a storeroom and trampled on for months. The boots had white patches on them (I really wish I could upload the PICS). The tags were all removed and thrown into the box.
These boots were supposed t be a gift for someone special - lesson learnt Zando does not care - Never will I ever buy from them again. I'm sure the vendor at the station takes more pride in what he sells to his customers.
Furthermore I called the ' SERVICE' (Does Zando even know the meaning of this word) agent (Natalie) to assist with speeding up my return process as this is a gift, and the only reply I received was ' this is company policy' NOW REALLY I WAS EVEN PREPARED TO GO MYSELF TO ZANDO's HEAD OFFICE... WHO MESSED UP... AND WHY AM I TRYING SO HARD... UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!! order no: 200664129
