An hour waiting because of your systems

I came to buy a number of goods from Game to the value of R7000 . All well processing my payment until they had to print on my invoice for delivery. Machine's got stuck, rebooted, and I'm told the payment will be reversed, I must swipe again though no proof of reversal has been received. Now waiting for them to call my bank so they reverse it, all while I'm standing here like an for an hour. Worst shopping experience of my life.
