On the evening of the 29/11/13 I went shopping for a Christmas gift with my wife for my mother at The Glen Woolworths store, during my purchase at their customer service dpt, I asked for the gift to be wrapped and was told there is no wrapping paper, after much protest and insisting, gift wrap surprisingly appeared and was told I should wrap it myself as they are not capable, which I did.

During this time Nakedi who had initially said the is no gift wrap continued to make rude comments, saying I thought I was better than other customers, I then said I would report this, I was told "I can do that with pleasure as nothing will happen", I am nobody and have no power to do anything. I then asked for a manager and was told the was non on duty, I asked for details and was told you can call Valerie Ramarumo on (011) 682-5900 and told: "good luck with her, you are not the first".

This to me gave me no hope of my issue being rectified, as the staff member showed no respect for authority and seemed to know that nothing would be done. I have had a woolworths account for the past 7 years and this is by far the most horrible experience I have ever had. I will soon close my account.
