Last week Friday I was at incredible connection in Rosebank finishing off some Christmas shopping.

I spoke to a consultant and purchased 2 kindles. I paid for the items and asked the cashier if it was possible to get them wrapped. The store itself was not busy at all and most consultants where just waiting around.

Next thing the cashier starts bickering with the sales consultant who helped me, they were arguing about who was going to wrap my purchases. This carried on for some time until I had had enough!

I told them both, that I had just spent over R2000 in your store and all I'm asking for is for you to gift wrap my purchases. I'm sorry that I'm such an inconvenience. Eventually another consultant offered to wrap my purchases.

What a way to completely destroy my customer experience. In the future I'll be sure not to visit your store because my purchase is now a grudge purchase because of the poor attitude, plain rudeness and laziness from the staff.
