Eyelash extension gone wrong

I decided to treat my mom to a eyelash extension worth R500. When they took her into the room they were rough with her and burned her eyes with the product they put on which wasn't the case when we went to a different place for the same product type. They charged us a lot of money for something you can hardly see, it looks like they just put mascara on her eyelashes... It was dreadful and a waste of money. I wouldn't ever use or recommend their services to anyone
