Eyelash Extensions

Had eyelash extension done at the French Clinic, paid R500. when I got home I noticed the one side was thicker and more closer together. I went back the next morning and said I was quite unhappy and wanted it fixed. The manger immediately got an attitude with me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. The Technician (Sharnay) offered to repaired it, but I had wanted it removed and redone. I was then told that they cannot do it because of time. I offered to wait as I had this specifically done for a family function and wanted it done properly!! she then tried to fix it, after I waited quite some time to be helped. I then said I would like it redone they promised to give me a time in the week to come through, to date NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. The manager then started asking me questions about my previous extensions and complaints I had!!! VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE! they have my contact details on hand. I told her as I had come to do a face peel and they were a beauty clinic I thought I would do every thing at one place, Not expecting to get this incompetent service after paying R500, which is a huge amount for such bad service.
