Credit Card mess up

I was contacted by the Woolworths financial dept advising that I qualify for a credit card. I completed the required information that the agent requested confirmed my name, surname etc.
I received and sms on the 23/10/2013 to collect my credit card at the East Rand mall branch.
On the 24/10/2013 I get there next thing my credit card only has my second name and not my initials and surname, this was an error made on their side.
I am a Woolworths card holder for almost a year. They should have my correct details they called me after all I cannot understand how they could get it wrong. So disappointed in the service I received.
This was a total Inconvenience now I must return next week 28-31 Oct that's extra traveling cost for me, something that they did incorrect.
