Yesterday i went to Foschini Southgate to buy a gift for my sister, firstly one of the cashier was complaining about her working hours that she's been working 9 to 7 for the past few days. I found that very inappropriate, what kind of impression do you give to us customers? When i was about to pay i realized that I don't have my card with me, asked the cashier to use my ID book/drive licence as i m not sure to what has happened to it. The cashier & her manager refused to assist me said it's not allowed. I was shocked as i have previously used my ID book & on numerous occasions at the very same store. All i want to know is why was it done before & why couldnt be done yesterday? And how am I going to do my shopping moving forward because i can't find my card? am i going to wait for replacement first?
