Still waiting for three months

I have ordered the National Geographic kids Magazine susbscription from [URL Removed] and paid for in August. Untill today I have not received the first issue. I have called and was told that they would rectify everything and that it would be delivered in the next 10 working days. When that did not happen, I phoned again. Then they told me that I should phone the courier company and supply them with my delivery adress. I then said but I supplied that information on the [URL Removed] web site when I placed the order and that surely it is not my resposibilty to do that. Then again they said that they will forward the magazines, but still nothing.
