Disgusting Lack of Service, BAD attitude, idiotic

07/2012 i purchased a B.Berry from Foschini Blue Route Mall. I completed forms for insurance. Nov 2013, i visited the store 2 lodge a claim for my "dead" phone. individual in charge of the cellphone counter asked me for my policy documents i signed 16 months ago?? She checks my account, debits are reflecting payment for insurance, but she finds nothing else on record. she goes "looking" for the documents. then tells me she'll call when she finds them. doesnt. I go back to store, now suddenly no 1 knows who helped me? More. I need my phone fixed so i go 2 Vodacom. I must now claim. I call 0861663266, customer "services" 2 request claim forms, 3pm on 4/12/13. Consultant Sizaan is baffled, promises 2 call me. Nothing. I call him again. demand 2 speak 2 a supervisor. Roslynn Adams - rude leaves me waiting 10 min, on my cell while she checks her system. Tells me "Foschini Blue route failed 2 fax the forms 16 months ago, so i have no cover". Promises 2 call me back - NOTHING. I call again 5/12 @ 2pm Newu Khosa, rude, REFUSES to put me through, shouts @ me, throws the phone down, too dumb 2 help. Readers Pls call above #, hear how consultants answer?
