Pick 'n Pay
Untrained and rude and not people orientated!!!

Shops, Products, Services

Pick n Pay is my daily supermarket meaning Im an asset to the business and a loyal customer. I stay 5 min from the mall and shop daily for my milk n eggs. I recently had a baby girl 5mnths of age and when I was still pregnant esp heavily pregnant, I still had to do my own shopping but the I recieved from the trolley operators about how the small trolley cannot leave the store. After I gave birth, with a baby in hand I was still expected to push the huge trolley. Outside my flat is where we leave the trolleys for them to collect. My point being, for the people with small children who need to be carried or in a pram, the pregnant ladies, the elderly and the sick surely exceptions could be made. Recently a trolley operator said to me, 'Its a good thing the security gaurd just told u the small trolley is going niowhere coz u just neva listen to me, u are very stubborn, u think u are clever." geeezz and I thot I was the customer! NB.I had a baby in hand. I thot the trolley operators were to escort the customer to the parking or accross the street and then return with the trolley. We buy goods therefore should have the luxury of good service and polite service attendants. DO SOMETHING MR PNP!!!
