More than two weeks and still no stock

On the 2 July i came by to the counter to purchase double wear foundation. the consultant mention it will take a week for the stock of the particular shade to arrive. the consultant mentioned that she would call me once stock has been received. it has now been 14 days andno call? with this kind of poor service it's time to purchase my items at foshini and go back tithe original brand clarins. so much for the loyalty of estee lauder counter.
