Advertising and Stock issues - Fed Up

Hi there
During the course of last week, I saw the ad for the Philips foodprocessor with Jug for R350. Having been looking around, and being a user of Philips products I was excited about the special.
On Saturday morning I made it a point to get one. And my nightmare began.

From Clicks the Glen to Glenvista to Meyersdaal and to Alberton City

I drove from store to store to be told that they did not have the product.
At Meyersdal they called Alberton to ask if they had stock. The manager asked the store to keep one for me.

I rush to the store... to be told it was being held for someone else.
After some discussion with the store manager or staff (im unsure), I was given the product. When I was paying I realised that the jug was not in the box or advertised on the box. I immediately asked what was going on and was told the jug does not come with the food processor. I was told to leave my details, someone would call

I'm highly irritated:
1. The special was advertised for at least 4days on national TV (more than once on some evenings)
2. I had driven all of the south in month end traffic just to be told what was advertised and being sold was not the same.

I want/expect the jug
