Disappointed!

I visited your N1 City branch Sunday morning & purchased 2 sweaters priced R170 each, a gift bag & a packet of chuckles. We got to the till, the cashier scanned the things & was about to pack it in the carrier. Something told me to look at the amount that the items added up to & it was R237 I then asked her "are the sweaters on special" she looks at her till & says "oh I only scanned one sweater" not even a thank u from her side or anything for making her rectify her mistake. If this is the type of people your store employs I'm going to rather close my account ASAP. Her level of customer services is pathetic!!!
