Hi bough a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7 inch from the VNA waterfront CNA on the 16/11/2013. On Monday the unit would not turn on and I took it back to CNA on Tuesday. The 2 staff members I had deal with my problem couldn't care less and would not try to go the extra mile to try and help me. The CNA party line is this...(GREAT FOR SHOPPERS) The unit needs to go to Vodacom who in turn will send it to Samsung who then in turn will make a decision if the unit need replacing or repair!!! (Maybe 4 weeks from now I will have resolve) REPAIR!!! the unit is 2 weeks old and has not even been taken out its plastic. THAT'S IT!!! like it or lump it. I have now spoken to their call center and after getting even more frustrated at agents that would not let me talk to someone in management, I have found a guy called Steve. He will look into the problem but gives me the same CNA party line... Really CNA.. you trying to move away from newspapers and mags because its a dying art but you cant start selling electronics if you dont support them correctly. DONT BUY ELECTORNICS AT CNA even if you are tempted. I now have no item and very bad taste.
