Went to Sandton city incredible connections and Enerst Khoza went out of his way to assist me sort out my dell laptop charging block problems. He contacted the manufacturer, organized the repair process and for the technician to come and fix the laptop. He also sent the manufacturer the receipt for the laptop purchased last year. After the laptop was fixed, he phoned and checked if it has been fixed.
