Honestly I think it's a bit sad that I must resort to hellopeter to try and get a reply.

Emailing doesn't work. I'm still waiting for a response from Nosi for my mail from Monday morning. This is not the first time my mails get ignored. A previous time she told me it is because everyone uses the same email address, but perhaps you should look at a more advanced way for managing email traffic as there is clearly a problem.

Phoning the repair centre doesn't help, most of the time it goes onto answering.

Asking someone to get someone in repairs to call me back doesn't work either, I'm still waiting for someone since yesterday afternoon, that's over 24 hours.

Please get back to me, I don't understand why it needs to be this difficult. I'll even put the question here that I wrote in my email.

I paid for glass lenses with installation. But I would like to install the lenses myself (I'm happy to loose any guarantee) as it literally takes me less than a minute per lens, which makes collecting the glasses, doing the 2 minute job in cape town, then delivering them again sound a bit unnecessary.

Please get back to me regarding this.
