I sent a report on 25 November 2013 and would like to thank you for your quick response. However, the lady who called said that KIC could not help me as I had not logged a service call. I was horrified! When one has a fridge and freezer full of perishable food and a sheep which needs to be packed, how long would I have to wait for a technician to come and assess the problem and repair it. The lady who called said that the "best they could do was to offer me a discount on a new unit! " She was also shocked that I had already bought a new unit. I asked her if she realised how quickly food goes off when it is not refrigerated especially in Queenstown, . She asked where the unit was and I told her it is still standing on my back verandah. I saved the number and have tried numerous times to call it back to issue KIC with a challenge - They said that they can only do something if a service call is logged and they can then send out a technician to try and fix the problem. - I am issuing KIC with a challenge - THIS IS THE SERVICE CALL - I would like to see how long it takes to come and assess the problem. I couldn't reply sooner as I can only log 1 message every 5 days
