Bad qoute and service

Ordered a clutch on a Friday, was told it will be there on Monday and cost R1500, told them i will pick it up on Tuesday, when i got there no one ordered it, when i asked them to find out who it was they just pulled up their shoulders. new price on the clutch is R2200 (best price) and had to re order it. if i dint really need the clutch i would not buy it but don't have much of a choice in the matter. BUT i will never put my feet in auto zone again. i will rather order online from another biz.

lesson learned by asking names when you ever call a auto zone.
