Service Agent POPPING gum

I would just like to tell you that your service agents at your Tableview branch need some customer care training.

It is seldom that I have across a bunch of girls who carry on a conversation with each other regardless of the customers they are serving. Even worse the one young lady was chewing gum so loudly and with her mouth constantly open and she even had the cheek to BLOW and POP bubbles while serving the lady next to me.

Her name badge read Annelacia or something like that. She was on the tills at 11h30. I am very sad to see that your store has no professional agents or even management around to talk to disgusted customers.
