False Advertising-You dont get what YOU see online

We received email from Home Choice 19 April 2013 advertising special offers. I was interested in Tamsin Duvet Set - 5 piece. Under the detailed description it mentioned a throw & Free Boudoir Cushions. This looked like a great deal. I received the parcel yesterday. Firstly the throw & cushions was not present & secondly the design was totally different from the one I saw online. When calling them they said the free items was only included in the luxury set (although the details description for the item I ordered had it stated there - how am I suppose to know that this wasn't a luxury set, there was no option to change to a luxury set). Regarding the design I was advised that the design i saw was a comforter & not duvet set. There was NO image stating what the duvet set looked like as all the details & image was advertised with the duvet set. They say they can't have images of everything on the site, we need to request a catalog. As the customer how am I suppose to know that what I'm seeing online is not actually what I'm getting??? They will not listen to reason just say there's nothing they can do, we can request refund. This is false advertising & unacceptable. I need an explanation!!
