It's been 10 days since I applied for my Foschini account and NO ONE has contacted me. Not an SMS, not a call NOTHING!
I have complained on this site regarding this exact issue and received an automated response (Foshini only changes the intro paragraph, but sends the same response to everyone).
As a customer I expect a callback by close of business TODAY. And I expect that you sort my account application out TODAY!
No automated responses, no machines! I expect to talk to a human TODAY!
