Disappointed

Extremely pathetic service dished out. Was promised a suit at 12.30pm and then that became 16.45.Went in at 16.30.Salesperson gone home. Manager has no idea what I am there to collect. Colleague was meant to have it ready (steamed etc) and the suit was still at the tailor. Left as I was upset..
Requested for a director to call me and no response as yet. Looks like they are only interested in making the sale and thats where all the smiles end. STAY AWAY!
