LAST time i let bad service slide

I have let PnPs bad service slide many times and didn't complain but today i finally got sick of the PATHETIC SERVICE. I have had poor attitudes from managers, staff not willing to help, never have fresh bread, etc... and today's incident is that i waited 20 minutes in line to buy prepaid electricity i finally get to the front when the guy finally tells me that i must go wait in another line. Its pathetic. I will never shop at PnP again. I am going to drive a little further and go to Spar. PnP supposedly supplies LSM groups 8-10 but the service is more like -8. Now i see why PnP lost so much market share, Raymond Ackerman would be horrified. I will go out of my way from now on not to shop at PnP.
