Staff is rude

This branch is around the corner from my house, however will rather drive the 3 km extra and go to checkers in gobble walk. Over the year and and a half that i have stayed in the area and spend my hard earned money at your branch, I have felt nothing but anger and disgust over the way that your staff treat your customers. Never have i walked out of there feeling like i have just had a good experience. They don't have manners the only words that seems to be directed to you is bag and card. And this is every where not just in front by the tills. Pnp used to be my shop of choice but not anymore. I could deal with fact that you walk in there on a friday night and the shelfs are empty, there is no meat and nothing fresh has been made since that morning. But your staff absolute rude behavior has now chased this customer away for good. I just hope you can take this email and do something before you lose your other customers away aswell
