Glass in my food

I went to buy our supper tonight at checkers, cobble walk, durbanville. We live in the area so we shop there every evening. The staff there normally dont give a monkey's about the customers, but tonight was the last. I bought my groceries, went home and made my family a meal. Whilst eating my wife stopped and showed me a piece of glass that she just bit into. I kept it to prove that it was from the shopping. Everything, including purchases of ingredients I used for our meal was bought from the same store. This shard of glass was enough to cause quite serious harm to a person. This, I feel, is unacceptable.
Please respond to this message. I have lost serious faith in your branch at Cobble Walk now. This was just a slip up from the staff, but a clear indication that they dont really care about customers. I also have the receipt of the purchases made tonight.
