Shocked and disrespected!

I walked into your Cresta store, only to walk around for about 10 minutes trying to find a bow tie, all the while your staff and managers stood in a corner looking at me and carried on dancing and singing to a rap album they had put on full blast in the store. I eventually managed to ask the girl behind the counter if she could turn the music down and possibly help me..
she hailed the managers at the back to turn the music down, to which i was laughed at and told im too white for that music, then out of no where one of your 'amazing tentative' staff members ran up to me and did a gyrating dance up and down the side of my leg and literally walked off laughing while your managers and staff watched and laughed along. needless to say, i think out of shock and absolute anger, i walked out the shop and didn't get what i needed, in fact i got nothing for coming into your store, which i frequently shop at and support, but laughs and unappreciated comments form your staff!! i recommend seeing to your staff and their manners, and i will NEVER step foot into that branch again!
Also after complaining in a post on their Facebook wall, because there is no option to message, my post was deleted!
