Local people damaging JURA brand -- no returns!

We have a JURA Impressa that behaves badly. I have an electric shock. It is new. It performs badly too and every level of complaint we have tried has been met with unresponsive people. The CPA protects us from this and we are willing to take it back to Cape Town and exchange it for a superior model as the company is sound. They don't want to cooperate. I have called the head office in Switzerland too. In Johannesburg it took the man who makes the decision 5 days to call me back. he has also hung up on me, saying I was rude. How can I not be at the cost of R15k?!
