Dont buy a Saeco coffee machine

I had my Saeco coffee machine serviced as there was water in and running out the side of the machine. So I paid my sevice fee and got my machine back, water still dripping onto my floor from the machine so back in it went apparetly a seal problem, i got it back same problem so eventually 4 times in all up to a couple of days ago. It went back for the 5 th time for the same probelm and this time apparently the boiler had to be replaced. I got it back yesterday, gues what still leaking. During this process the local manAger has been involved and when he promised to collect the mcahine they never did unless I followed up. The last time they never came so I took it to the local branch, he has also said to me that maybe it is time to trade it in. The mcahine is not that old and friends have similer machines for much longer, one of the staff also told us that there were a lot of repair comebacks. Saeco is owned by phillips, I contacted their head office they were not interested. Dont buy Saeco look for another brand where you can get support.
